28 colors lots of days....

It's an on going project. I've learned proper dithering to do it. I
started with the mask, then the hands, and now I'm finishing up the
head.  Im done with the 3rd wrinkle from the eye.  Hopefully
I will finish it soon, it's really ambitious, the largest thing I've
done yet.  The line art is all me too. oh here it is

if you feel like giving it a try be my guest. 

All C&C is appreciated

	The wrinkles in his face are dangerously close to being pillow shaded. I think you should increase the shadows a bit more and in turn use the highlights more sparingly. Also, the white highlights on the mask look really strange. Making them a pink color would work better. Then on the cheek, it should probably be a spot of the highlight color in the top left of the circular shape of the midtone, rather than that long curve. I'm sure it'd make it look more rounded.
