Looks great. I think it would look even better without the dark outlines on the hair, beard, ear, jaw and neck. The eyes read like he has no pupils, not sure if that is intentional.  The ear looks a bit odd to me, like the mouth of a pipe.

The pupil-less eyes were not intentional as such--had a little trouble getting drawn-in pupils to look okay, but this version might be better.

Also:
- tweaked ear shape/position; not sure if it's right yet but it should be better
- tweaked helmet position and the spike ornament.  I think something's still off about how the helmet's positioned.
- toned down some of the dark outlining around the hair areas
- adjusted the skin colors (slightly)

Probably a few other little things here and there.
