Are you sure it's walking, it looks like he's jogging! I think that has to do with the timing of the legs which pop to each extreme with really steep easing. It's considered running when both feet are off the ground for a period of time. If you want to keep it as a walk, you should make sure there's always one foot on the ground at a time. Even having two at one point on the ground is fine.. but that's for smaller steps. This looks like it's stepping pretty largly. It appears top down but the body looks front on, so maybe the perspective issue is tricking me but I would definitely say his legs are going into the air.
