I like your drawing, but the eye is out of place in both pieces. Just look at your reference, the has has to be moved to the right. And the colors are not very psychedelic, too colorfull and happy in my opinion. Looks like colors from children's paint-box. Hm, and to the eye itself: Looks like a tiny rainbow, neither like an orb nor like a cross section.

I tought the psychedelic style was based on bright and happy colors? About the eye i can move it, but i dont think it needs to be moved, every skull is diffrent, i would say mine is realistic... I apreciate your comment, but just saying the colors are bad and the eye isn't right doesn't really hepls me, i would much prefer to get suggestions and tips.

Oh, to be honest, I had a completely different association from "psychedelic". I searched for some pictures now and you are right, I just would suggest you to add some magenta. And I think the black is distracting, but I guess you will remove it in the end.
Concerning the eye: I would remove the eyelid and render a propper eyeball or would render the eyeball under the eyelid different, that you can see that the eye is below it.

What do you mean the black is distracting? Its like the main colors.

Btw what did you tought "psychedelic" meant? I week ago I was associating the word with dark/crazy/gore when it's in fact more colorfull. From what i know it comes from drug experiances (mainly LSD and magic muchrooms).

I mean that it has to much black inside the head, but it's not finished according to your drawing, so it will be less in the end I guess. So just forget about this sentence

And my first associating with "psychedelic" was the same like yours, haha

Plus I think the eye loooks better now, I like the second.

The stem of the bong looks great. However you may want the bowl to seem a bit bit more bowlish. I think the Cone bowls are ugly. Also the bowl is far to close to the mouth piece.

Looks awesome. I kinda like the one on the right best, the black space between the shapes gives things a bit more room to breathe.

Now animate some crazy abstract rainbow patterns radiating out of his head!
