I was looking around Kickstarter for Games to keep an eye out for, when I stumbles upon this:

It's an amazing program that animates bits of pixel art/sprites similar to the animation the Wii game, "Muramasa: The Demon Blade,"

Hopefully it'll remain free, or come at a small cost.
