Sorry if this is the wrong section to post this topic
I know there are many topics like this, but I still can't decide, I tried photoshop, and when is about contrast, colour palettes and everything beside drawing it does an excellent job, but I tried to draw in there and it was a pain in the ass compared with MS paint wich is my favorite, for animations I use asesprite it is good for drawing, but still not better than the latter. So... is there any program with an interface of drawing almost identical to MS Paint, I think the canvas is pretty user-friendly, I never had to use the grid. And with the same curv line tool since it is very important for me. And most important, with layers!... that's practically all I need. Having photoshop and asesprite I think I can combine them to do a pretty nice combo. |

I'd recommend GraphicsGale. It's a bit difficult to understand at first, but once you get used to it you will find it awesome.
I usually combine GraphicsGale and Photoshop (and sometimes also Grafx2) |
