hi iwas wondering if there were any decent articles on how to animate a character on over head view.    a vector character for over head view game

Just look up sprite sheets for overhead games you like (chaos engine etc). Unlikely you'll find such a specific tutorial, probably better to go to the source anyway.

By 'Over head' view do you mean Birds eye view?
