![]() Topic: ISO Artist Sought - Project LaunchedPosted: 09 February 2006 at 9:13am |

I am not sure if I am going out on a limb here... but... I have a web project that launched recently and already is getting 1000 unique views a day... so I know it has potential. The web project is at http://www.eapixel.com and in a nutshell is a micro-advertising based idea that uses iso-pixel art rather than squares on maps of the world. Currently there are some very rudimentary pixel structures offered up for sale there. I would like to offer many, many more types and styles of pixel art structures and vehicles. Many more than I could labor over myself, especially since I will be working and updating the site as sales are made. Please have a look at the site. You'll either say "yeah I can do that - it's easy" or "what a dumb idea..." Big question now is whether work will be paid... The answer, to that right now is yes and no. The proposal would be you, the iso-pixel artist, would supply one or more pixel works to be included for sale and use on the website. In return, upon each SALE of your particular structure(s) you would get a percentage of the sale. It would be impossible to not know whether any of your structures sold... You would see them on the site and say "where's my money!" Think of this as sort of an affiliate program. This could potentially be a very lucrative venture for the artist... And the buildings or what have you do not even necessarily need to be new and freshly built. You could just knock the dust off of a previous work theoretically assuming they are of a similar scale to what is already on the site. I apologize for this being rather long but I want to be up front and honest about a project that HAS launched and IS working. Hopefully you'll find this notion interesting. Regards, Geno |

With that many pop-ups, its hard to get a feel for your site.

Take a look at the site again when you get a chance. There are not supposed to be ANY pop-ups on the site at all.
There was a counter that was running on the site - a free counter - and I now believe that has something to do with it. Those counters have been removed. The site is legit and I am severly offended that the counter provider did that to me.
Thanks for looking.
