Hi there, I'm opening this topic as I'm very curious about where you guys work, feel free to post your opinions and why you like/dislike your job, also where you like to be working right now?

I'm currently working for a company called SolidSafe we are 6 workers and 5 of them are engineers, I'm their only programmer and I do Industrial Security Programs.
In my free time I develop games, I've created a random generated dungeon crawler called Cursed Mad Dungeons (which you can download here)
Right now I'm willing to have my own studio with my brother as we have some projects in mind and others under development and we really need to work full time.

My big laugh of the day

I am working as software developer and graphic designer in our family company with my brother and father. We are mainly developing special electronic systems for our customer's needs which mostly require a main control software with a database on PC. And that's when I come in.

Since I am working with my brother and father (we are very close with eachother) I have no problem with my daily job and I REALLY love and enjoy programming since I was very young so I am quite happy with it.

Edit: Oh, I am developing a game in my free time too. :)
Also I once worked as soundtrack composer and sound produced for an android tower defense game called "Alien Defense" by a Canadian developer. It was a paid job and I really enjoyed working with the developer who is an awesome guy.

I've been checking all those [OPP] threads, it seems interesting but I always wonder, who's going to code? :P

My friend works at the plant, so, I know a little about this hell. She's been working there for 4 years, but still can't bear that schedule. Cheer up, you are not alone!
