Hi there !
It been a while i wasn't came here, i made few progress in my skills during these months. Actually, i'm mostly drawing, but i also do pixel-art since 1 month. I'm working on this piece since 5 months, but i worked on it rarely...

So there is this village, i hope you'll enjoy, but above all, your critics ! :D

	The trees are way too big compared the the little shack and buildings. Did you do this on purpose? Also, I feel like the contrast could be greater in the rocks. This is looking really amazing so far, although I do feel like the colors in the rocks could be more interesting. Maybe add so more hue variation, it seems to be much of a straight ramp right now.

	Thanks ! Yep, the trees height is made on purpose, you can find trees which are higher than buildings when they're pretty old. But for that game, it doesen't matter, it's a little fanciful. In the rocks, the contrast is smaller where rocks are exposed to light, so on the top they're lighter than bottom :) When i'll add the sky and clouds, it willn't be a problem anymore, maybe. i'll try to add hue variations in the rocks as you said, even if i'm limited in the palette :3 Edited by pixer - 23 August 2013 at 7:52am

	The images don't seem to work anymore, but I do remember looking at it yesterday and it was absolutely beautiful. I like the idea of very tall trees, personally. It seems a lot more magical.
