but even with the help of different toutorials I couldn't make it.
I used graphicsgale free edition please heeeelp! wf3fg

maybe is the "free edition" fault? should I use other software as Gimp just to make the transparency?

Make sure that whatever is going to transparent is a color not used in the art. If you make your avatar trans then the BG and the eye will be trans because they are the same color.
