Not entirely sure why it was sent back.
You do have some pixels that are out of place and because you used dithering to color they stand out a lot?
Personally, I don't think dithering was the right choice in this case.

looks alright to me.. Seems like the dither was used to help convey a shredded cloth. The dither itself looks carefully placed.

Oh, the pixels that are out of place are actually small transparent spots since he's supposed to be hollow there, like see through it. Might be better if I went just dark or black if I'm going to have him transparent.

It was not me who sent it back and most have no problem with it as did I. The trans pixels make sense once explained... Pending what the Mod who sent it back says (could have been a mistake, btw) I'll let you know if/when to resubmit.

Hoping it's just the odd trans pixels. Didn't notice it in the image editor, but now that I look at it on here they do stick out pretty bad.

Okay I'm going to go ahead and fix the odd transparent pixels and resubmit this as everyone seems to think it's okay. Hopefully it can go through or I can get some answer.

Another thing I was thinking of was in my description I wrote "Monster from Quest for Glory IV: Shadows of Darkness"

Maybe they thought it was ripped or something?
