	Your shades for the hair and tie need more contrast, and the two light dots on his paddle? look out of place.

	Yeah, no red on him? :( Nice work so far, but like Monkey said, some places need more contrast. I'm really bothered by the hair colour... red hair? I thought he was more blonde-ish.
