I haven't submitted anything to PixelJoint yet, so I wanted to double-check something before I did. I just finished building a game in which all the content is 4-color
pixel art. I created it for the "GameBoy Jam", an annual GameBoy
themed game jam. Also, it has owls. I took a wide screenshot of a scene created with the game
assets. You can see it here. Would it be okay to submit that image to PixelJoint? While some objects use tiling, or are rendered as particles, every graphic element or motif in the scene is the result of placing pixels by hand. I'm not sure if that's considered pixel art or not for PixelJoint submission purposes. Just wanted to ask first, before I do something derpy. :) |
