Hi,

I have made a very good platform game engine in Flash, and I'm looking for graphics. I can make a soundtrack and sound effects myself, as well as the level designs.

You have full creative control over the graphics. If you already have some characters, enemies, and levels, I could use those, but if you want to make new ones, that's fine too. Off course, I need to like what I see before I commit to making the game.

So if you have an idea for a game, but can't pull off the technical side, this is your chance.

I'm in a position where I can get good sponsorship deals - I have made games in the past and made some good money with it. I can pay you $200 for the graphics once they're done, but that's not all. Depending on how much sponsorship I receive for the game, I can pay more after the game has been released. I can't say how much this is going to be, but if I get, for instance, $1000 in sponsorship, you will get a total of $500.

So in other words, you'll receive half of the sponsorship money, with $200 guaranteed, even if I don't get any sponsorship deal.

The sponsorship amount depends mostly on the amount of levels and the quality of the graphics. So the better the graphics, the more you should get for them.

Payments will be done with paypal.

Let me know if you are interested.

I have enough ideas :)

I've seen your gta idea, but I will not risk making something attached to an existing game, I don't want any legal problems.

If you do find people that can make your game, get in touch, and I will see if I can get you a sponsorship deal (if I like the game that is).

Edit : one more piece of advice : Just make a game by yourself to get started, even if you're not good at making graphics or programming - that way you will learn, and you'll be able to use those skills when you make other games (like the gta game). You can't expect other people to do the work for you, especially if you can't pay them, and if they can't see any of your past work. So just get your hands dirty. Start simple, and work your way up.

Edit2 : I see you edited your post, my comments were not meant to offend you, so I hope they didn't.

Now, back on topic please :)

All my released games are on my website, www.gamesquid.com - they are all puzzle games, but in the next few weeks I will release my first platformer. It is mostly finished, but I'm still arranging sponsorship, and I will add highscores and sound effects, so I can not show this yet. So the puzzle games will have to do for now.

I enjoyed playing a couple of your Flash games, GameSQUID. I have a couple of platform games I have been interested in developing. I am mildly interested in this!

I have a two weeks free coming up that I could work on the graphics during. The payment and artistic freedom of this project are very appealing.

Would you like me to email you details of my games, or should we discuss things over some sort of chat program? In the meantime you can check out my Pixel Joint gallery here.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Listen to what the flower people say...

Hi iSTVAN,

I've seen your portfolio in the past (I've been lurking here for quite a while), and most of your work looks really great, a lot of awesome stuff - so I'd definately like to do something together. I'm glad you enjoyed my games btw.

You can email me here : squidATgamesquidDOTcom

I can send you a demo version of the platformer I'm currently working on if you like.

Sure, if you come up with graphics I like, I will definately consider making a game together. You can PM me or send me an email for more details.
