I highly encourage you to take a look at basic tutorials here or in any other internet site.

Try this: http://www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11299

Some quick issues:

-The canvas is huge for the detail level you provide.
I'm working on a project in wich graphics are quite low resolution ones and are rendered at 4X, but this looks like 16X and aestheticallyit  doesn't look good. Try 4X or 8X at max.

-Also, the third image is not purely pixelart. It looks like you just rotated in 45 degrees angle the arm and sword with a processing image tool. Try to pixel it by yourself.

-The colors are quite alike, try to change your palette of bluish and purpleish one.

-Pure black outlines are considered ugly, also.

-When two lines (specially outlines) colide and you add 1 or more pixels to the joint/vertex (like at the back of the knee of the flexed leg or in the fist, the helmet-eye, cloak-helmet and cloak-shoe unions, the squared chest...),  in the same color... it looks ugly too.
