I wonder where the movement of the clothes is coming from?
Is she strongly breathing in?
You could make her whole body be more active, specially her legs are barely moving (and do not forget the sword).
Another weird thing is that the lines on the very right and very left on the skirt are having  'more frames' while the others have only two.

Some references but be aware that those are much more active and dynamic than you are might aiming for:

Not bad at all! Her fingers probably shouldn't move like that, it makes them look like fabric flapping in the wind. Also, her pose is a little symmetric and unbalanced- maybe look at some reference images of people holding swords, switch up her leg and arm positions for more variety.

So... I try to put my style as closest possible to Rokubyou, or French Bread spriters in general, and it is easy to notice in some sprites that there is some notable clothes and hair movement in the stance animations
as in here

i am still searching for a way to make a leg movement that dosen't seem too active, since she is the calm type, and the skirt and sword in general are still WIP, i'm a slow spriter >_>

Yeah, i will change those fingers as they really look a little strange in the animation, as for the pose, i'm pretty satisfied with how it look, I didn't quite understand what you mean by "switch up her leg and arm positions for more variety." though

Right now her legs are basically mirror images of one another. It's unattractive and doesn't really portray weight or balance.

I see your point, having one leg not exactly the same as the other might give another charm to the work but, i'm afraid i cannot think of a way to put the legs in this pose to something that would please me more than it is now... if you can give me a example i would gladly take a look =3
So, at the momment i'll leave a more "updated" piece of this work here

That wave of her skirt should travel along the entire length of the skirt. It might be easier if you had more fabric to work with!

Good attempt at animating so many different elements, I have to say. It's quite jerky, but the amount to do in the first place sounds plenty daunting. Just consider that your animation will only be as smooth as the lowest-quality part. Don't "finish" one part at a time, instead rough out all of the things you want before you leap into refining them. This way you won't be tired out and finish with a sprite that has well-animated hair but jerky breathing. Even if your end result is only medium-polish, it looks better than something where you haven't polished evenly!

Also, that many colours adds to the polishing problem. It's fine to have them, but really, rough out in only a couple so it's not so much work.

Thanks for the amazing constrcuctive feedback, it definetly feel the way you just told, I try to perfect one thing at a time, this method even lead to sometimes erasing all the animation and doing it again... completing the general feel of the animation should be more simple, btw the wave of the skirt will be the entire length, it just comes down to the topic of me doing one thing at a time, I still gotta think of what i'll make the sword look like, but as you told, making the rough art of the animation can help, so i'll work on that.
With that told, even though i have some places to animate about half or more of them should be complete so this should make things a little easier
