Hey, we have been working for the past 9 months on a game called 'Fall and Rise'. It will be a side-scrolling JRPG. (How does that work?).

Fall and Rise is a side-scrolling game, however, I wanted to recapture the magic of storytelling that in my opinion was lost around 'Final Fantasy 10''s release. Imagine if Kingdom Hearts was a sidescroller in pixel art. You have all of your attack/magic etc commands in the bottom left, but it's 2D.

I am looking for someone who can animate very simple characters for the main party, and other characters too. Possibly monsters if there's time, but I have another system for that. This will include things such as, swimming, climbing, attacking with various weapons, pulling levers, and other general animations.

This is no standard indie project, as I have attained a team of 15 voice actors to work to bring this game to life. I am personally a composer (http://eclipsejapan.jp/) but I wanted to create a brilliant indie game too, and it's going very well.
The role of animator will be shared with our current animator, but he is busy now and can't produce as much work as before.

When we do our Kickstarter Campaign, I am thinking of offering a 15% cut to people who do the work on animating, provided they can keep their time well. Whoever does the most work out of the two artists will receive a larger cut of the 15%, so it's essential that you work hard.
