floor tiles, fix the shading on the tables n stuff, add a clock, and a cabinet/drawers.... theres lots if you try hard enuff.

Good start.~
Some stronger shading would help, especially on the grey areas. A computer screen on one of the walls would be nice... and maybe an ID checker thing by the door? Overall, I think it just needs more variety in color~ :0

I would consider a very yextured floor to make the starkness stand out. Other details that can be added are loads of beakers, jars with stuff in them, cabinets doors, shelves, metal countertops, wall charts. Chop, chop.

I would, but animal rights people will lynch me and It's a pharmesutical (sp) company - note the tiny disected pills on the table.

The constant use of one tone of grey for the outlines might be your problem, maybe use a different color on the outlines or different sections?

I think the wall tiles are a bit too much. You might consider just like some light grey trim at the top of the walls for decoration or something and loose the wall tiles.
