Hmm, I think you should start the shading by thinking the lightblockers in your picture (the paperbag mainly). When your lightsource is so high, it leaves larger shades...
yep, can't actually tell how to do it in words so... erm...
hmm, i don't have the abilities to post a picture of how i would put the shadows and shading on... so sorry for the constant editing

but neck is totally in shade (do like a circle around the neck/shoulder area), so is the left arm and left leg, and about half of the body (shade the body diagonally and in two colors)
