I'd love to be able to make pixel art animations with parallax scrolling but I can't figure out how to do it easily. I've searched for tutorials but none seem to go very in depth or are focused towards pixel art.

Could someone give me an explanation of how to do parallax scrolling or point me in the direction of a tutorial that explains it well, it would be a plus if it was geared towards pixel art and shows how to save it as a .gif.
