Qwato Interactive Studios seeks a STRONG pixel artist for its online
flash adventure game AWAKEN www.awaken.net

THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME POSITION.

JOB INFO
We have a tileset in place that was developed last year, but we've
determined that we need better quality tiles. Job is to replace
existing tileset with a new tileset (from scratch). Tiles shall be for a
flash engine interface that we have developed. Work shall also
include animated character sets. The game style is more search and
explore a la Myst, but with a Zelda look a like interface meaning,
really not a shoot-em'up.

VERY IMPORTANT
Seeking artist that can create a style in the vein of movies such as
Hellraiser, Lord of Illusions, The Matrix, and The Crow....dark gothic
style of art.

Although our budget is quite slim, this is a paying gig as we want a
quality artist for the artwork. We cannot pay that much, but
understand that artists must be paid as well. Will work out terms
with artists that are interested. Credit will also be included as part of
the project on the main credits page with a link to artist website.
