I'm sorry if there has been topics like this before but I dont understand why the image i submitted is not accepted. it says that it is awaiting approval, then it says that it needs revision. the image i try to submit is complete and is not a wip. i made it for the lil dudes project. thank you if you are reading this

Your image is quality-wise not up to par to be featured in the Pixel Joint Gallery. You are still allowed to use it as an avatar though. To get better you could read tutorials, and most importantly practise a lot.
