A: first version, done quite a while ago.

B & C : New version, done today.

I'd like to know which hands look better and get some criticism to improve the dwarf.

I think you could do 4 digit hands instead of human hands, it would fit better and you could make them a little smaller

I was looking for the difference between B and C then I red the text :)

B looks better imho, the pixels read like fingers, C looks like a stripy pattern.

I think I should try to add some more contrast to bring out the big shaped a little more. Shadow in the beard for example.
