you can post individual image with

[img*] http of image [/img*]   note remove * from tags

and work with that one, people would give you advice how to improve things. It seems like rushed pieces to me, without knowing of what you are doing (i did the same). Thats if you post sepearate image, community will help you to work with that one and you can implent what you will learn to all your work. It's quite not effective to describe multiple pieces of work at once.

First I would use wider scale of colours, warm/colder, some hue / saturation shifting helps too. I think you will have a lot of jaggies there as well.
