The bricks are a bit one dimensional and need some texture. Since the clouds are so close and are a main focus of the picture they shouldn't be copied and pasted.

Try a diagonal line, maybe three pixels wide. Don't use a specific color, instead make each pixel one shade lighter than it was before.

you've got a lot of problems with this piece.

First of all, it's glaringly obvious you used a circle tool to create your head. Using circle and line tools aren't extremely frowned upon in pixel art, but not for creating dynamic shapes, like someone's head for example. Is your head really that round? No. So why not create a more realistic look. Even if you're going for cartoony, no one's head is ever depicted as that round. You should try to start with smaller pieces if you find creating figures challenging. Or try to find a tutorial on drawing pixel people. Using shape tools to create things usually isn't the way to go and will likely not win you respect in the pixel community.

Also, all of your colors are heavily saturated. They look like MS Paint basic colors. Not that there's something wrong with MS Paint. Some very great pixel artists like Cure and So-lou use MSPaint. But you should try and pick less saturated colors than they have offered at the bottom. You can pick other colors than the preset pallate. I'd suggest trying to do that. Picking colors isn't easy, but I usually stick to less saturated tones because they look more realistic and aesthetically appealing.

I'd try making some pixel art with the aide of tutorials a couple of times before going with a piece this large.
