I have translated in english this japanese palette editor: PaletteScope.

It's a old little free palette editor but can still useful.

Main features:

-Open and convert palette in several format (act,pal,dpf,gif,BMP etc...)
-Make a palette from BMP image, also change order colors and more in the image.

This is the only one palette editor that can make D-pixed palette file native format (*.dpf).

I have used google translate to translate japanese characters in english using hexadecimal method, some english words are in abbreviation to respect the length of japanese characters to not corrupt the executable file. I don't know the working method to add more space for the new text added in hexadecimal method but this make the job.

Enjoy it and if you see japanese characters that i have missed to translate, just tell me how to reproduce the problem and i translate it if i can.
