Pixel Joint Forum: I meet the requirements for level 2 but am level 1

   I have 148 points, have made 68 ratings, and have been a member since 2015. This page says that the only requirements for level 2 are 50 points, 25 ratings, and a membership for 3 days. Are there any other requirements that I am missing or is there some kind of issue with the site?

	This whole rating level idea doesn't sound very robust. First, it is very hard to rate art: yes, there are newbie mistakes, but beyond that everything is subjective. Second, people may just start clicking randomly or write a bot that will do that. Maybe admins disabled it?

	Maybe they disabled it, but those are still the requirements on the page I linked, and I had met them long before this whole bot thing became an issue (you can no longer comment if you are below level 2)

	Oop- check that, it seems to have changed me to Level 2 just now. Maybe you need to have forum posts, too? I cannot imagine it is something that awkward; it is not listed in either FAQ on the subject, either. Maybe it is a bug, where the forum and gallery have somehow become confused? I still cannot comment in the galleries, either. Hmm..

	It started working for me also, but only after I started rating more posts. Maybe its a coincidence

	There have been some changes to the system recently, maybe Sedge is working out some kinks where not all of the requirements got updated internally.

	Hello Pixel Joint. Long time! Sorry to bump, but I am encountering this issue as well. My profile says I'm level 2, but I am unable to comment or reply to comments. On the ranks page (http://pixeljoint.com/pixels/faqs_ranks.asp) I appear to meet all requirements for level 2, but level 1 is the row that is highlighted. Edit: I suppose it took some time to update, I can comment now!

	Same issue here as well. Been waiting for the new pixeljoint.com website for a few years now. What's the holdup guys? Maybe get some crowd funding and hire a professional if it's too difficult. I don't mean to be rude or anything but it's a really big buzz kill to know that the most popular pixel art site is almost unusable with only half it's functions working. Now users can't even comment on art because they're not level 2, which isn't obviously obtained and definitely not obtained from the mentioned methods. After no changes for so long is very off putting and a darn shame.

	Sorry for necroposting, but it's June and I'm also having this same problem. The page says I've met the requirements to be Level 2, but I'm still at Level 1

	I ended up rating a couple of pieces and the problem was fixed, but that might not work for everyone

	Okay, now it says I'm at level 2, but I still can't even comment on my own work. EDIT: Well, problem resolved itself, although I still don't know what happened.

	A lot on this site seems outdated and incorrect or just broken. "You can vote in the Public Queue once you reach Level 2" This is incorrect information that is currently shown on the FAQ. Set an avatar for your account. Nope. been broken for years! Leveling system is wonky. Activity is scarce. Administration is seemingly non-existent. Hope for changes/fixes/updates? All hope lost.
