I'm not hiring for any specific game at the moment, but rather figuring out what artists are available so that I know what I "could" make when the time comes to hire someone. (could be in a month to a year)

Currently I develop games on my own. One that's on Steam is Eroico (you must enable adult content to see the page)

The games I make are 2d platformers with pornographic animations integrated into the gameplay. Because there is porn, there is a particular requirement for good human characters and animated sex. Eroico was done a while back at this point, and I'd consider it's level of quality to be a minimum.

The first attempt at a game would be a short and simple one. What I consider the minimum length for a game is roughly:

3 levels (3 tilesets)
4 enemies per level
3 bosses

Each enemy would generally have;

idle
move
attack
hit
effect(s)
sex animation

Tilesets would come down to the artist. I may hire one for each role, rather than getting one to do both. The artistic style and theme of the game would come down to the artists, and would be up for discussion based on what the artist is either good at, or wants to make.

I should also point out that being hentai games, my games commonly contain content that not everyone is going to be okay with, so you should also take that into account.

All that said, I would need is general pricing, how fast you work, etc. And if you have any other questions, you can ask. My goal would be to make multiple games of this nature if I can find an artist who is good for the role.
