Hey there!
I'm currently learning basics of pixel art and made my first custom short scene. Really need some critics/advice overall and I also have a question: Currently this work has too much colors because of blur effect on moon/sky. But without it lighting looks way more unrealistic. How should I fix it? Artwork is here: ![]() |

I think the blur effect makes it look completely out of place with the rest of the pixel art. It might not be 'realistic', but it matches with the style of the rest of the work if you gave it a harder border! Also I would recommend to search the gallery for other works with moons for inspiration, I for example like this one: |

I think is good idea add one more frame on each part when a door is open, a frame with a door middle open, the animation with 3 move is more soft than with just open/close door.
