Hard to critique a piece like this since you made it cartoony.  And as such, its open to whatever style you wish to make it in. 
 
The part Im having the most trouble with is the leg.  Its really short compared to the rest of the body and bent wierd.  Try extending the person's rump further back in the seat so that you have room to draw the leg further out.
 
The eyes are freaking me out though.  They seem way too large.
 
A light source with some shading will help you out as well.

You need to learn how to draw clean and smooth lines. I'd suggest st0ven's tut. Otherwise, it'll always look 2D.

i doubt he's going for photorealistic. but to me it looks a bit like a drawing of pixelart, with all the square-ishness

He's trying out different mediums.
