Link says "Image not available for viewing until status is changed to active." and I can't see it listed in the queue. Never had a piece deactivated so don't know if you can reactivate it yourself? Maybe just easier to resubmit it.

You are probably right. I thought there is some kind of an algorithm when your piece is being reviewed but I bet it's easy to delete it and resubmit.
