Hi I just wanted to share my progress of remaking the undead king for a remake of game of mine.

here is what im after.

I want to make a big character thats possible to walk.
This is my old work;




What my plans are to remake the whole character its should be a undead king with a crown.

New design

I'm thinking he has been drilled with spikes on his head as a crown.
Anyone have a good color idea?
what does a undeadking wear?

This is how I animate i strip all the colors away apart from outline color what you use on the edge and do outline animations frame by frame. I also copy the old frame and make adjustment and copy that one and make a new one.



It's rough at the moment.
