I am looking for a decent pixel artist to make tiles for my  browser-based MMORPG called  (Visit the site for more information on the game itself)

I need a pixel artist who will be able to make all of the graphics required for the game, which includes (but is not limited to): terrain, buildings, NPCs, monsters, items, characters, etc.

I am not looking for a professional who will make top of the line graphics. I am mainly making this game for fun, but I need someone that will be committed to making graphics not only right now, but possibly a year or so from now, so that I can continue to update the game with new items, quests, monsters, etc. As long as you can make better tiles than I can (which is pretty easy to do), you qualify.

All tiles will be 16x16 pixels, but one object can be made up of many tiles (e.g. a house can be made up of 10-20 tiles). The tiles will NOT be isometric (you can still use an isometric view if you wish, but the tiles will be square).

As far as compensation goes, there will be none since the game will be free. In the future there may be a donation option for players, but all money made will go towards any costs of the game.
