the face is quite off, i'd suggest looking more closely

to help with likeness pay closer attention to the nose - you need to darken the nostil, and also there's shadows between nose and lips that you didn't put in.  Also, his adam's apple is missing in your pixel.   Maybe I'll try an edit later. maybe not :P I have some of my own portraits to work on gah.

edit - also define eyebrows more. they help.
