Just wanted an opinion on this.

Supposed to look like a jail cell?

It does look like a jail cell. The way the blocks meet in the corner is weak and the bars in the window, the only element which clearly state its a cell is too muted atm. For once I say use black.

I dont know exactly what you mean with the last thing, but my opinion about the bars is that you should make them darker. Also, you are already using 22 colours, which can be reduced to about 10, because you wont see the difference to many colours. Also, as jalonso said, the blocks meet eachother the wrong way... looks very good so far, but do add some things like rats, a bit of blood and details you would find in the average jail, or the jail you see in cartoons...

also, if i'm rigth( and this is for the Joint), you shouldn't change the colors of the walls.
