Welcome to the action figure shop, where you can design your own action figure! We here at action figure shop believe that every action figure should be made with pure quality, and not something some one pulls straight out of their butt. Now that that little notice out of the way, onto the action figures. If you'd like to make an action figure, we have a figure and packaging already made for you to design over. Packaging template (80x101) figure template (18x41) Here are the steps to help you through making your own action figure: 1. Start working on your figure, the sky is the limit to anything you want to do with it. 2. Next work on any accesories you want your figure to have, be creative! 3. (Now this part may take a while, depends on what you want) Design your packaging. 4. Place your figurine and it's accesories into the packages clear casing. Don't forget to give the clear casing a little reflection of light. 5. Post it in the Action Figure Shop thread and set a price on your figure. We want everyone in Pixel Joint to design their own figurine so others can be impressed! Our products:

This would be an awesome feature for PixelJoint, an action figure shop,
where ppl can buy figure's with points they earn from posting on the
forum, or points from the PixelJoint Gallery. I would be happy to
help with the ASP scripting.

You could make a giant evil skull as the background of the packaging, and the packaging colors could be mainly greys and blacks.

it would be suche a cool idea if you could use forum points to buy
figures and stuff then it shows in your profile what you have, and u could make some cost more points than others depending on their rareity, ie the best designed ones could be the rares and you could only sell like 2 it yet have 50 for sale of a differnt one. then youy coloud also make a sell back feaqture or trade feature if its possible that would be great anyways i made another its drake..... yeh i jus made him up but hes suposed 2 look kool lol...  £9.99Edited by Rifts |

VERY NICE, XERO! very, very nice. But can you make it so just the figure case is just showing? thx! Anyway, some of you are wondering what in the bloody hell does my avatar represent, well, it's a fat, overweight mass murderer who where's a pigs head as a mask. It's from one of the most violent games ever created, manhunt(which was banned in more then 10 countries.). So i made an action figure of james earl cash, the main character of the game. With murderous weapons included.

e a mini tutorial for makeing the packaging if you have
photoshop... simply copy and paste this onto a blank photoshop document 
put your design for the box on the orrange part (leave the blue bit empty) WITHOUT any highlights for the box. after you have done that place this over the top on a new layer..  then
make that layer an overlay, you should see your box design now has all the higlights it needs and the design underneath can be easily changed without messing up all the highlights or shaddows :) and heres another few from me :D  £5.99

Damn, all of these pieces are fantastic. You guys have really made some amazing action figures. Submit them to the gallery and we'll make a toy aisle. tommy: PM me so we can chat about putting the design together. Edit: I just realized something... the template is 101 pixels high. That is one pixel too high to just have a "small file" with no detail file (max dimensions are 100x100). Maybe the small file could be the action figure without packaging and the detail file could be the whole package? Edited by sedgemonkey |
