The eyes look.. kind of odd. I'm not sure how you can make them different but they look odd.

You will need to incorporate some foreshortening into your sprite.  When a person walking towards you swings their arms and legs, the arms and legs are closer and further from you in 3D space.  Kind of hard to describe so take a look at this sprite I did.
 
 
Notice how the arms and legs are shortened in the step, but they stick out correctly when you draw the tops and bottoms of the feet and hands.
 
And yeah, the eyes are a bit much.  It you're trying to achieve anime style eyes, you may want to try some AA.  Theres not enough room for the eyes with a sprite this small.
