What we want:

We are seeking a pixel artist to work in our office in London. This is not freelance work.

Requirements:

*A good knowledge of Photoshop and Image Ready.
*Examples of good bitmap animation skills that show a competence for game animation (such as walking and jumping).

*A variety of art styles.
*Examples of backgrounds and interfaces.
*Can demonstrate an understanding of tiling and compression techniques.
*The ability to work hard under pressure.
*Be a keen games player with an understanding of what makes a game fun.

*Understanding of optimization and compression of images.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

On joining the team you will be expected to be able to produce all the artwork for a web game including menus, backgrounds and animation. You will collaborate with the team on games concepts and level design.

The position is based in London, UK.
