The legs are too short.

His right arm (to our left) has no elbow, don't bend it like that, make an ange between the upper and the underarm.

His shoes are strange and unreadable, I suggest you change it.

Also, he has no fingers.

You should carefully look at some pokemon trainers, compare those sprites with yours and edit yours afterwards.
