I'd suggest you clean up the line art before you start colouring. You've got a lot of unwanted double pixels... here's what I mean:

  

Couple more things... the robed character seems somewhat off-balance, like he's about to fall over. It also looks like he isn't really holding the book, so you might want to show some fingers around it. Oh, and the necklace looks a bit odd. I don't think it's physically possible for it to look like that when the person wearing it is standing still :)

Also, the sign impaling the guy looks a bit weird, because it's standing perfectly upright. Might want to fix that.

what's wrong with that man at the rigth? is he being stabbed witha sign while using boxing gloves?

Now.. I haven't played RuneScape in many-a moons.. but.. why does everyone look like a retard?!

It looks to me like you really need to work on the anatomy of your characters more before you start shading.

The guy on the left has a strange arm, and his pose doesn't make much sense (sort of looks like a referee signaling a successful field goal)

The guy in the middle has issues with his shoulders, neck and arms, and as someone has already mentioned, he's off balance. His face is strange, too; he looks cross-eyed and he has a crooked mouth.

The guy on the right has an extra joint in his left arm, and the hand on the other arm looks off.

Lastly, the composition is really random. I don't know what's going on in this piece or why, and there's a lot of empty canvas that just seems unecessary.

What I more so mean is, why every single Runescape related bit of art is in this style - not traditional pixel art, more just rough drawing on MS Paint with weird shading..?!  

fix the anatomy of your characters before shading. all of them needs a serious revision. and i'm using bolds so you can notice it this time.

see the problem with this in general (which seems to be the constant in all runescape art, it still baffles me how they all manage to look exactly the same!) is that everything is gummy.  There's no real shape or form to any of these characters and everything you drew is vaguely recognizable blobs. 

I say you should go back to the outlines, and give these people a solid human shape.  some examples of what I mean by "gummy": 
1. Middle guy has no neck
2. Left guy has no knee, and apparently rulers for arms
3. Tree looks fluffy because the branches don't taper and split, but just kinda end.
4. Right guy has no pelvis or hips
5. Middle guy is off balance
6. His necklace just magically sticks to his chest since there's no back to it that goes around his non-existent neck, and it's off center anyway.

So, just go back to the line art, and really study human anatomy and proportion so that the shapes arent just vaguely human, but clean and precise.

No offense, but I don't think you'll make much money. You need to plan out scenes and anatomy better before you get to shading.
