I can't make my images transparent....and when I try to download the suggested program, I can't, even though I joined the Yahoo group. So I'm pretty lost. Help?

I went to the FAQ page, but I couldn't get Giffy, because it made me join a Yahoo! Group, and I still couldn't download it. I'll try Iaza.com

Sorry, I can't tell if I have it on my webby or not. Alkaline used to, but his .ensellitis isn't around anymore, so I've got it ona crappy filehosting service because I can't get into Ensellitis' FTP with my username/password.
