Hi, I'm the creator of Dreams: Essences Of Life, an RPG that I've been Planning/Making for quite a while now...
Anyways...I'd like my game to have as many custom graphics and features as possible, for which i've seriously concentrated on getting GOOD artists...I've even got a Professional artist that works as head of the design dept. of a company.
Anyways...What I've been looking for is Spriters for Characters.
my game is being made using RMXP, and I'd hate to use the default graphics...

Style for RPG Sprites can be discussed, but it's nessesary that every character has the following Sprites: 4 walking Sprites for each Direction (Up,down,left,right)

The Characters needed are:

8 main Characters

3 Main antagonists

10 Secondary Characters

3 different types of: Adult male & Female, young male & female, Old male and female, and Babies.

A few animals.

now It finally has the 3d backgrounds.
And there's EVEN a theme SoNG in the Planning for one of the main scenes!
Yep...a SINGER is going to perform a song for dreams! (STILL IN PLANNING..need to get those lyrics right :P)

First of all, letme explain some stuff...

The Arcane Crystal: a Crystal that's hidden in a cave that only appears when the Aixel Star shines on top of it.Since the Crystal is such a mistery, no one knows that it's actual name is "Akasha's Pendant" so it's only called "Arcane Crystal".
It's purpose is to create an invisible barrier around the world that blocks Demonic Magic, however, no one knows that.
If the crystal is removed from it's place it instantly breaks.

2-Akasha: An ancient heroine, beautiful and strong...she saved the world by Giving up her body, along with Aixel...they both sealed thier fate by kissing, and then they floated to the sky, they both became gods. Their love is said to be part of the Elements that form Magic.

3-Aixel: The Ancient hero, Who saved the world by Joining with Akasha, her love to become gods and save the world from destruction. It is said that his Sacred weapon, a Tri-Blade made out of an ancient, indestructible metal, became a star when they both became gods. so there's a start that's Called "Aixel Star" in his honor.

4-Demonic Magic: an Evil type of magic that lead previous civilizations to dissappear mysteriously...It was banned by the godess Akasha.

5-Holy Knights: Protectors of the Holy temples

Ok here goes the introduction:

Dylan is a Holy Knight,so is rumi....and one night dylan is called by Priest Jaelle, the Head of his town's temple. and after being told a fake version of The Arcane Crystal's story, (saying that it was an evil item that was absorbing the life of the world.) he sends him in a quest to find the crystal, and remove it from it's place...
After a few days, dylan finds the crystal and removes it, thus making it break. that causes the magic Barrier that protected the world from evil magic, however, he doesn't know that.
When dylan returns to his town, he finds it almost completely destroyed... and sees that the priest is leaving, and he runs to the priest..and asks what happened.
"Can't you see?...You opened the gates of Demonic Magic, you fool!"Responded the priest.
Dyaln asked how, and the priest explained how he lied to him, just so that dylan could help him use Demonic Magic, the Skills he had secretly mastered.
Dylan gets really angry and tries to attack the Priest, but he Casts a Dark projectile that makes dylan black out...

After the screen blacks out a voice is heard...Saying...Wake up...Your time has not come yet...

then dylan wakes up, 2 weeks after the incident, in a bed...rumi is sitting down next to him.

There, she explains how the priest left after almost killing him...

Dylan then decides to stop the Priest, because he feels guilty of all that happened..

and that's how the story starts...

(BTW) I sumarized the ending part cuz I was getting kinda tired

If you intend to get a PRO artist then how do you expect not to pay them?  I see that you have great intentions for your game, but if it is to go anywhere it needs finances.  I know this may sound hard to cope with, but its the way the world turns.  You may be able to get artists eventually, but the fact that they are working for free doesnt really inspire them.  Where is this RPG planned to lead to in the future?  Console, PC, Internet, Freeware?

kool, but Im pretty sure the topic title says 'looking for Spriter'..  Also, by artist(s) I meant pixeler(s) since this topic is about looking for a pixeler to join your project.  I never said you wouldnt ever get artists/pixelers for free, just that it is hard to find those that would.

Professional: One who earns a living in a given or implied occupation: "hired a professional to draw pixel art."

you do not have professionals if you're not paying them. Maybe somebody else is paying them, but to be professional in art, in sports, in business, it implies that you make a living or at least earn some funds or SOMETHING from your art.
