Illustrator needed to create characters and backgrounds for a horror video game.  Must have excellent character illustration skills in a roughly manga, anime, japanese video game type style that is twisted and scary. Ideally the illustrator will be able to deliver pixel illustrations as well as sprite frames for the animated portions (walk cycles, explosions, weapons, etc.).  The game is to be used for several scenes in a short horror film (http://www.mistergimp.com) and will be animated manually and composited on a TV.  The game is a 2D scroller fighting/adventure game, format is roughly equivalent to something like Super Mario World, Castlevania, etc. 3D experience a plus.  Looking for someone exceptionally creative to add to the concept and make it unique. This is a low budget project, but an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills. A flat fee will be arranged for a set amount of characters and backgrounds.
