REASON: No work in progress. We're not too strict on this one... just don't throw up junk you spent a couple of minutes on or a half finished piece.

It simply means you didn't SHOW a WIP. Your pixel looks fine, I'm guessing, just show several work in progress pics WITH your actual piece.

Also, I would like to point out that those messages are automated. It's not the actual mod's comments, just a default, preset one.

What do you mean? My avvie work in progress magically transformed into both the girl and my avvie... at least I think thats what your trying to say. I dont get it... And since its automated shouldn't they make a nicer message, then calling my pixel junky and that i did it in a few minutes? >:L

Have a link to your WIP in the description. (Use photobucket or imageshack)

And as for the 'junky' comment, it's just a generic term. No need to get all mad over a little thing like that.

I'm guessing the mods wanted to see just how much of an improvement you've made, that's why they asked you to show a WIP.

hitch edited my pixel, then I reshaded it... anyways WHY DO THEY CARE >:O its just the technique and the pixel as t=you said before, they saw the improve ment from a-b-c so why do they care! What annoying mods.

if you ask me, the rejection was comletely uncalled for. I prettymuch did what they asked, and improved the freaking pixel. What more do they want from me?!

They care because it's their job to care. Mods are virtual cops.

Did you re-shade Hatch's edit? That could be the problem.

they reject anything unless its completely amazing. UGH. Nobody is as talented as the mods, sure, but it doesn't mean you reject the middle pixellers, like seriously this is getting so unbeleivably stupid.

they didnt ask to show a wip, they felt like pixelli was showing a WIP!

Ok what you are supposed to do now, is at first post the image we are talking about here (upload it on imageshack.us)
Possibly, you can put it in the Work In Progress forum, let us say what we think about your pixel art, than you can edit it, update it, refine it etc. and resubmit it :D

Oh, I thought it meant "no work in progress" as in "did not have a WIP", not "don't submit a WIP".

Pixelli, they did not say your stuff is junk. They said you should not put things on you spend a few minutes on or things that are half done.

Even if this is not the fact in both cases, remember that this is an automate message, and it just means your pixel art is not good enaugh to be placed in the gallery.
But thats no problem! We can help you to improve, but you have to want it yourself.

EDIT:
please stop double and tripple posting aswell. If you change your mind and want to add something to a message while noone entered something new in the meanwhile, press the edit button. that will make topics easyer to read for us
