Hello all! I have recently started pixelling for a small game of mine, and i need to make a 120x60px portrait from a sprite i've already made, but I fail at making the lineart match this face.

 Can anyone guide me through what i should do to make it?

take a photo of yourself. 
and draw it with out hair. 
or even find an image somewhere on the internet of a bald man who is scowling and draw from that.
