I was using a picture of Zooey Deschanel for reference, but it came out a lot different, and it doesn't really look like her, so I guess it's just a girl now.
Anyway, I need help.
I don't know what to do about the hair, and I'm not happy with her face either, so anyone got any suggestions?

Love it so far!
The skin tones are especially good. Small crit would be to add a subtle shadow to the inner and outer corner eyes to round them off.
Also, might be worth making the black colour a subtle light grey.
