Hey there guys,

What you are probably guessing from my start date is that I am 100% n00b or something.

Now, in graphic design, I will lie down and take it, but I am an experienced game programmer .... well, not n00b anyway.

Now, the main reason I am posting here is to see if I can get someone to explain the basics of pixel art.

I'm not sure really where you would usually start, so I can't provide a for instance really, sorry.

If it helps, I'd like to be able to make my own sprites for my games, and for others.

I did see that website, though I didn't really grasp it which is why I requested.

I really don't know where to start.

Most of the things on that site make no sense to me at all.

I am willing to learn if someone is willing to teach, which is the way I teach programming.

Sorry if it seems I don't have the correct attitude toward this.

I just need a teacher basically.

the thing is that i hardly believe that someone would have the will, or the time to be anyone's personal tutor, as such thing doesn't really exist(pixel Art class), at least not for free. you must understand that everyone(or at least most of us) learned on our own, based only in our experience and personal development and research. there are some books out there, but again, your best choice is to go on your own personal quest.

that's the reason of tutorials. if there's any concept that you don't get, you can always PM anyobody here or post your question in this section of the Forum. maybe no one will be your tutor, but people will surely guide and help you as much as they can.
