This is for a start-up gaming website. Site has not launched yet, so nothing to see at the moment. This is what I need:

The six icons are this.... We need a biggish descriptive one (that will be resized a couple times) then we need a boiled down version that is tiny so an example would be the guy holding a guitar as the big ones...then the tiny one would just be the guitar. Each of these need to have a different solid color background that makes each icon big and small identifiable by color.
L33T: This is the best of the best, the very elite. It even gets that clever spelling that is in everyone's gamertags.

Level Boss: This video has reached 100,000 views and a rating of 4 or higher. Like Lara Croft, this video will stay super hot forever and can no longer be voted on.
-----think bigger, bulky, badass, edgy

Power Up: This video has a rating between 3 and 4 and is on the road to Level Boss status. You just grabbed the mushroom and fireballs and are a force to be reckoned with.
-----think Hulk hulking out, Voltron forming, He-Man from Adam...etc

Button Masher: Here's a video that's got a rating between 2 and 3, it's standing on the fence and its fate is in your hands. Like your kid brother playing Street Fighter, if you just hit enough buttons, you are bound to get some points.
-----think of kids literally mashing buttons to get points, no skill, just a ton of button tapping which results in combos

NOOB: This video is not doing so good; it's rating is between 1 and 2. This video is getting no love like people rocking juggernaut. There are little plus signs of energy helping keep this video alive...barely.
-----think douchebag, unskilled, somebody lost, a wimp

PWNed: This video has at least 1,000 views and a rating of 1 or less, which means it has flat lined. This video has been worked over enough to make Glass Joe look like a beast. It has hit the canvas and a 10 count is imminent.

Then we need compliment icons - tiny ones that are used when leaving a comment on a user. Below is the name and whether it is a good or bad thing as well as a description to help
+ Perfect 10 - as good as it gets
- Glitcher - you cheat
- You're a Noob - you suck (see noob description above)
+ You PWN - you are a badass
+ Great Game - I like the game you made
+ You Rock - You PWN but more music based
+ Let's Party Up - let's play together, join up

Favicon - 16x16
Apple Touch Icon - 57x57
pixelized version of logo - approx 360x125
7-10 icons - 24x24
6 sets of icons in 4 sizes - 140x140, 72x72, 40x40, 16x16 (the first three do not have to be pixel art [just resized versions of the same thing], the smallest will)

The budget is around $500 and I need them this week.
