We are a group called TOLERANT which is specialized in making Turn Based Games.

Dynamic turn-based strategy game where you control your own nation trough the eyes of 1 characters.
Main Features
- Create Towns
- 1 Big World without Loading Times
- Turn Based Battles
and other features not exposed to the community yet.

The project has been in development for about 5 months. And we are in stage where we need to create contents for the game as our game is in phase where we can the have first beta test in a 3 months.
Our goal is to create something completly different that nobody ever tried.

Team

Our current team consists of the 4 people and we are seeking 4 more to join our team:
- 1 Developer (Finland)
- 1 Game Designer (Finland)
- 1 Musician (Holland)
- 1 Pixel Artist (Sweden)

What we are Looking For

We are looking for a new team additions and we hope that you live somewhere in europe because we dont want to slow down the development of the game due the timezone conflicts.

- 1 Pixel Artist (Responsible for creating tilesets, sprites and visual equips)
- 1 Musician (Responsible for creating Music or special effects (SFX?))
- 1 GUI Designer (This person is responsible for creating Menus for the game (user interface))
- 1 WebMaster (Each mmo needs a webmaster!, We need a webmaster who can create websites from the scratch. Skills needed: (PHP,html,CSS))

How we work?

Each Member of the team is given a TODO list along with the DEADLINES and we follow them very strictly.


Compensation

Each Member of the team gets certain % of the sales from the In Game Premium shop, BUT this will require also a dedication to the project which includes working on a new content for the game when the game is finally shipped. Also server bills or other bills are in a priority before your or mine compensation as we must ensure that the game runs.

Demo is not available for the public but those who will join our team will get DEMO Version of the game and will be able to play the game with the rest of the team.
